WHAT WE LOOK FOR

Required Tasks

  • Receive driving assignments in person or by phone.
  • Familiar with the use of GPS and Smart Phones.
  • Transporting client materials safely, securely, and on-time.
  • Make timely deliveries.
  • Obtain signatures from customers.
  • Practice safe driving standards.
  • Maintain communication with Dispatch.

Skills Necessary

  • Reliable and Dependable.
  • Punctuality.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Familiar with local area – good sense of direction.
  • Understand traffic patterns.

Job Requirements

  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Clean Motor Vehicle Record
  • Must be able to drive for extended periods of time.
  • Safety oriented
  • All straight truck and CDL positions require FedMed card as well as courier positions in Minnesota
  • Customer service driven
  • Willingness to adapt
  • Ability to meet strict deadlines
  • Must be able to drive in all-weather conditions

Who is eligible for benefits? Employees working an average of 30+hours/week are eligible for full-time status and all benefits.

Paid Time Off (PTO)

Paid Time Off is accrued every pay period.

  • Employees with 1-5 years employment will accrue 2-wks (80 hours- 3.08 hrs/pay period) PTO
  • Employees with 5+ years of employment will accrue 3-wks (120 hours – 4.62 hrs/pay period) PTO
  • Up to 40 Hours of PTO earned may be rolled over to the next calendar year if not spent
